Four days and going strong. I've got some concerns though. I'm not getting enough exercise. Sometimes its due to time constraints but usually its just because I want to be alone when I exercise because I'm embarrassed, and I have no where to go. Do you have any thoughts/ideas? I don't want to exercise at home while there are people there, and there is always someone there. I don't have a dvd player to play my exercise dvd in my room yet. If I feel like someone is watching me, I can't bring myself to workout the way I would if I was alone. I don't like to jump up and down around people etc. I'm sure there are people out there who feel the same. Please share with me any ways you can think of to get over this hurdle. I really don't know what to do.m I realize its only temporary but its not helping me on my way to being healthy.
