This is my last week with Billy Blanks. I have done a total of 6 weeks of PT 24/7!
Time to think about what to do next. Yeah that is how mind works- new challenge and new focus.
On Saturday I plan on weighing in and taking measurements for my new challenge. I also will change my SP tracker.
New focus- fitness- living this lifestyle
That means that I will focusing on working out rather than losing weight. I am still ironing out the details of my new workout plan. I will be doing a combo of circuit, strength training and cardio
6 days a week.
My new challenge will start March 31st - April 30th. For now I plan on finishing Billy with a BANG- pushing hard to make changes
