New focus- Living this lifestyle

Wednesday, March 27, 2013

This is my last week with Billy Blanks. I have done a total of 6 weeks of PT 24/7! emoticon
Time to think about what to do next. Yeah that is how mind works- new challenge and new focus.

On Saturday I plan on weighing in and taking measurements for my new challenge. I also will change my SP tracker.

New focus- fitness- living this lifestyle emoticon That means that I will focusing on working out rather than losing weight. I am still ironing out the details of my new workout plan. I will be doing a combo of circuit, strength training and cardio emoticon 6 days a week.

My new challenge will start March 31st - April 30th. For now I plan on finishing Billy with a BANG- pushing hard to make changes

What a wonderful idea to make your own challenges! I have not seen the Billy Blanks program but I have Insanity and it is definately insane. I would love to say that I have done the 6 week program but unfortunately I have never made it past the 3rd week. My goal right now is to add that into my workout circuit a couple of days a week.

Nice goal. I think I'm going to do the same. I'll track fitness minutes instead of pounds lost because it can be very discouraging! Keep up the good work though, you're my motivation!!! emoticon
