1) I am grateful I can walk without pain. For years I ended each day hobbling and now end each day walking the same way I started :-) Orthotics and weight loss were the keys.
2) I am grateful I am engaging in the weight loss process once again. I'm ready to move. I'm ready to make more conscious food choices. I am ready to change.
3) I am grateful for the friendship I'm celebrating with a lunch out today. She's there when things are the toughest.
