I did well my first week back on my journey. I lost 4 pounds! I debated to weigh-in every week, because sometimes I have a bad habit of letting the scale rule how I am doing instead of me knowing how I did. I also updated my present weight on here. Have to face the fact that I gained the weight back that I lost the last time I was on Spark. Fresh start! Here is to another week of living a healthier life!
