I did well my first week back on my journey. I lost 4 pounds! I debated to weigh-in every week, because sometimes I have a bad habit of letting the scale rule how I am doing instead of me knowing how I did. I also updated my present weight on here. Have to face the fact that I gained the weight back that I lost the last time I was on Spark. Fresh start! Here is to another week of living a healthier life!

    Good for you - it is tough to get on the scale and see that you have regained, but great that you are willing to get started again! Make small changes and take it 1 day, 1 week at a time and you will be successful!
