I have done really well this week and totally stayed on track!!!! YAY ME!!!! I have been cooking meals from the sparkrecipes for dinner (my kids absolutely love them) really want to get the sparkpeople cookbook too. Since I am not a very good cook on my own these recipes are really helping me out and when the kids enjoy the meals that I make they eat healthier as well...it's a win win situation for the entire household. Unfortunately when my ol' man isn't working (which will be this weekend) he is home and does most of the cooking (FRIED FRIED FRIED) It's okay though I'll just let the weekend be my free time (to eat what I want) but I will use portion control and put more veggies on my plate than anything (He loves to have lots of veggies even if everything else is fried so it will work out. I can tell I have been extremely lazy over the past few month X few months...working out for two days at a moderate level for approximately 40 minutes has got my legs hurting, but I can already see a difference in my stomach (some def starting to show) I never had much of a problem with my belly most of my weight is in my legs (as with many women). It's really hard for me to slim my legs but the rest of me seems to just slim right down leaving me extremely off balance but I know if I stick with it it will all balance out (I hope).
I hope yo all are having a very blessed week!!!!!!!!! I am heading to do my daily workout...oh and it's really pretty out today so may just go for a walk instead of doing all that cardio give my body a small break today but still stay active active active!!
