Down to 170.4 - woohoo! I realized last night that I have less to lose than I have already lost (if that makes sense)! I set a short-term goal of reaching 160 by my daughter's graduation in June. I don't have a specific number in mind as my ultimate goal weight. I weighed 110 in high school, but now that seems so low I can't imagine being (and maintaining) that again. According to the BMI charts to get in the "healthy" range the number is 136, so I guess I'm hoping to get close to that and see how I feel about it.
I've had a couple people ask me if I've lost weight recently. And on Saturday I met my sister somewhere and she said she wasn't sure it was me walking across the parking lot towards her! (She hadn't seen me since Christmas.)
