Yesterday I did my first full thirty min kickboxing work out than I have in a longgg time.
A bit sore today in my knees so just sticking to the walking today but it is a m ajor accomplishment this week.
Husband started work a very nice feeling that is, still have some storms to muddle through but I can do it because God gives me the strength to make it through
It is already mid week and I am feeling good about my food cho ices this week and been tracking and being accountable.
Here is to the rest of my week its going to be a great one!
