Today I woke up and weighed myself and I was surprised to see I lost more weight 10.2lbs in total only day three. I know I might not be losing the weight at the rate that I'm going now in days ahead, but it's still motivation to only push myself harder. I've always been over weight with loads of energy. Now I work out and get super tired right away can't even lift my knees but I'm here to get stronger and live a healthy life. Of course I'm still looking forward into wearing a two piece hopefully by next year.
