I don't really like doing strength exercises so I tried something different yesterday. In the morning for my lower body I did 15" of the barre routine from my SparkPeople DVD. In the afternoon for my upper body I did 15" of Wii Sports Resort swordplay. That was a blast ! I then did my core exercises off and on through the day. I think I'll do that again, it made doing strength exercises less boring. Maybe next time I'll try boxing for the upper body.
