Here on Sparkpeople We all have different goals in mind. For some it is losing weight, others getting fit, and others looking to eat healthy. through it all we perform a balancing act. We can focus so much on our failures on our journey that we will give up or we load up with so much to do that we get weary of holding up under the load. We need to find that learn how to balance everything. We3 will all make mistakes along the way but it is through these that we learn to Balance.
