Wednesday Morning Update

I am going to keep track of my food and the points since I like the Weight Watchers program and have everything to do that with, for today, Thursday and Friday, for sure!
This morning I had my regular grits for 3 points and egg for 2. Then I have coffee with 1 point used for the creamer. Well, I did have 1/2 of a cappuccino muffin with cream cheese espresso spread! I skipped it last night when I made them for my family, but this morning they were eating them for breakfast and I ate half of one and I was not intending to. I have 19 points left for the day and will be eating at Taco Bell for lunch since I am going to Meier Gardens with my sons class today. I looked it up and a Fresco style ranchero chicken taco is 4 points. I just am not sure if that is enough food to keep me going without getting light headed.
