Yesterday I tried a new recipe for dinner from spark.
I did modify it to add carrots and potatoes but halved the cabbage. The only reason I did that was to add some potassium to my dinner as well as get rid of some old veggies that needed to be cooked. It's a great base recipe that you can make to your own liking or enjoy the way it was written.
Since it is a season to taste recipe and I currently have a guest that can't deal with garlic, I skipped the garlic this time. I used lots of black pepper, salt, and a Penzey's seasoning mix called Old World Seasoning. Definitely going in the keeper box.
