I am sore and tired lol. Today will be a rest day for sure, but I will make it an active rest day as I need to help the brattykins practice their karate. Their so cute when they are all in class doing their stuff and to see them doing pushups makes me giggle because the instructors constantly have to tell 90% of the kids to stop moving their butt up an down and bend their arms.

Yesterday's goals:
40 mins of cardio - 40 emoticon
10 glasses of water - 12 emoticon
high cal/high carb day - emoticon
Trying Day 1 of Musclicious - emoticon

Today's goals:
rest day for cardio
10 glasses of water
medium cal/medium carb day

    emoticon Yep, the delayed onset muscle soreness sneaks up on you. But muscle is worth it as it looks nicer and burns more calories.
