Yesterday brought more frustrations than I could handle. Instead of working out to help with an emotional blow I chose poorly and ate my way through the afternoon. I didn't overeat according to my calorie plan, but I did make some poor choices. I want to confront the people who hurt me, but I'm lousy at that. So, instead, I've decided to push these things out of my mind and look for good ways to make today the great day I know it can be!
