Today I succeeded again in tracking my meals and doing my exercises. I did the half hour walk and worked on upper body exercises using 5 pound weights as I did yesterday. I got pretty warm from the exertion and toward the end I wondered if I could manage it again tomorrow, or if I should try a shorter routine then. I have that in mind, and will see ow I am feeling tomorrow. Planning ahead - I'm doing it!
See? I am consciously thinking of each day and what I can do to profit myself health-wise, and that is a new and good thing.
In addition, as I mentioned in the title, I explored Sparkpeople more. There are more resources that will be useful over time and I know I will need different ones based on circumstances. I also responded to two Sparkpeople, encouraging tem to continue and giving what ideas I thought they might find useful. I have had similar encouragement from Sparkfriends, and I know it makes a difference, so I hope it will do the same for them.
