Feeling good

Finally heading to bed after an amazing day of fitness and nutrition. I went to the gym, not once, but twice today! Plus took a walk during my lunch break. I ate just under 1200 calories and burned almost 600!

I am exhausted, but so proud. If I can keep this up then I should have no problem reaching my goals. Yay :)
