I have been feeling surprisingly good. I haven't been coming in here faithfully for awhile now. I haven't been tracking my food intake, haven't been working out, I've just kind of been alive and nothing more. I have been making an effort. I have walked every Saturday for the past three weeks, and this week end I have walked Sunday, yesterday and today. So, I am up to 4 days in a row. I have recorded my food for two days in a row now too. So, it is a slow process, but I am getting there. :)
I have a plan for what might work better for me, so I am putting that together this week and will share with everyone after I finish.
