Today I woke up motivated to continue on my journey to a better healthy lifestyle ( it's rubbing on my bf ;) ) . I ve been eating better but I need to add more fruits an veggies to the menu. Great news I already lost 8.8 lbs and it feels great. I also worked out a lil harder today and sorta got scared when my stomach started cramping after doing crunches. Anyways I'm fine and still determined, now off for a nice long bath.
