Jillian Michaels is kicking my butt!!!

So I did day 3 of Jillian Michaels 6 weeks to killer abs today and O M G ! ! ! ! On day 1 i was like "i got this". Didn't feel much yesterday when I did it again. But words to say how my legs and abs feel lol. The "killer" part is definitely right in the name of it lol. No gain I guess. I can't believe how much I actually sweat from it too!! The exercises are great. Me running over 4miles doesn't help the legs I guess but oh well. I can't wait to see the results later!!! Completely worth it.

    I love her DVDs on the days in winter when I cannot get out to exercise.....they definitely do work!

    I do like Jillian's workouts. i like how the strength training can burn a lot of calories.

    I felt the same way after using my dumbbells and resistance bands for the first time. I was like, okay, I got this. Then...BAM, you feel it! The results are definitely worth it though. I see definition in my arms that I never thought I'd have. I think that I am also just able to lift more too. I helped a friend move and I know I lifted heavier boxes than I would have been able to lift a few weeks ago! emoticon emoticon
