Well the only thing I stuck to today was my goal to drink 4 bottles of water...when I say bottles I do want to mention that my Camelbak Eddy holds over 32oz. So that's some where in the vicinity of 128oz.

I've heard more than once that you should divide your weight in half and drink that many oz of water per day. I'm pretty close. And in all honesty if I had stuck with the darn diet and had at least gone for a walk I probably could have had more to drink today.

Instead, I let stress and my sweet tooth get the better of me. Tomorrow is a new day. I'll simply try again. Just a little bit harder.

    Calorie counts are key for me! If I am doing badly, I want to succumb to not tracking. I start well in the am and then fade off. If I track and don't lose, I know exactly why. If I track and do well and don't lose, I know its coming, and often in a big way. Keep tracking that water and add a little bit every day. That is what I am trying to do. We all can keep moving forward together! emoticon

    It's baby steps. We all know this. The water is a great start. I'm trying to use water as a pallete cleanser as well as just mandatory. If I'm having cravings then I drink a big glass of ice cold water. It usually helps. Of course I wouldn't be having cravings if I would stick to plan. Sheesh......

Keep it up. Add one exercise today. Like stop what your doing and do 25 jumping jacks. Right now. It'll make you do more during the day, I bet!!!!

    That is the attitude that you have to have to be successful. It can be difficult to accept a day that wasn't so good but we just have to learn from it and move on! Remember that it is just one day and don't let it snowball! You can do it!
