This was in the subject line of an email I opened this morning. (Someone was "sucking up" cuz they needed a favor!
The diet went well last week - I'm down 3 pounds. Now I actually feel proud of reaching goal #4. I really watched what I ate and exercised last week. Let's hope I can keep it together during Spring Break (next week).
We had a 2 hour delay this morning so I skipped the Muscle Up class at the gym and instead did a 4mile Leslie dvd. This evening I went to Ripped. I'm really beginning to like this class. My friends is always telling me to change up my routine especially when you reach a plateau.
