I've been traveling back and forth between my center and another center in the region the past few days so I've been planning out my work outs. I also stocked up on a lot of vegetables.
Today I went to pilates for the first time. It was a nice change in pace and easier on the lungs than some of the cardio classes. I also did Zumba. This new instructor does a round of strength training at the end which I like.
These past few days have been great. We picked out Randy's Tux this weekend and finished up some things on that end. Yesterday I went to meet up with my photographer and some of her friends at a coffee shop. I loved all the women and we're planning a regular night out now on Thursdays so that's kind of exciting!
Nonscale victories: I'm at the point where none of my clothes really fit. I don't really even care at this point, I am just happy at the progress. I can't wait to get to fitness and I can wait to push my body to a state of physical fitness that its never been to. I actually FEEL like the skinny girl instead of the "big" girl.
Things I'm thankful for:
Randy and his continued support and him pushing me out of my comfort zone to meet up with all those women.
Whiskers and his companionship while I've been sick.
My health slowly returning.
