I have had left-overs for supper the past 3 days. This is due to having eaten out more than usual and bringing home 'doggie bags'.
The left-overs are from a board meeting, the funeral and Abuelos. I do tend to order fish when I eat out, so the left-overs were nutritious.
It is good to clear out the frig.

Sometimes when we bring them home, I put them on sectioned plates Ii bought just for frozen homemade dinners. Clean fridge/happy tummy!

I'm usually eating my own leftovers. I do the same as you when I go out to eat. There is usually too much food except for the fish salad at Crackers in Crystal River. I manage to eat the whole thing.

Whether I eat the whole meal or bring some home, I find the sodium is way over my limit. So I always plan to have a couple extra glasses of water that day and the next. I hope I can move the salt out quickly.

Leftovers are great. I also don't normally eat all of my food when I am presented with a big meal.

Good job bringing the leftovers and using them wisely.
