Since starting this program in earnest about six weeks ago I have been doing really well. This week with the added stress of caring for my rapidly declining mother I have noticed more cravings for sugar and sweets, and a higher concentration of my calories at dinner time. :( I need to make some changes, that is clear.
Wondering how I can change these behaviors easily.... I started the stop sugar craving ps challenge, am going to go exercise when I finish writing this, and will allow myself some small treats ow and then. Feeling sad and miserable, but don't want to get off track.
