Gluten Free Chocolate Caramel Crack(ers)

We are going to a sedar tonight and my brother's girlfriend will be coming along. Since she is gluten free, I thought I would make a yummy dessert that she could eat.
I picked up some gluten free matzoh and figured I'd use it in this recipe. I doubt any of the other people at the sedar will even notice that it's not the regular stuff.

In other news....I've been running....I did 7.15 miles last Sunday :-)
I've been balancing on the BOSU with one leg....both dome side-up and dome side-down. Boy....that's hard.
I went for a sports massage this calves and shins can prove I've been doing the balancing...OUCH!

    Ah, matzoh crack! Ours was not gluten free, but it was nut-free since one of the attendees is very allergic to nuts. I made it for last year's sedar. The year before, I actually made homemade matzoh and it was really good.

Good for you, running and balancing. My ST workouts include balancing exercises which is really needed for me as I have less than average balance and have improved.
