All attitude and focus secrets (1 to 9) : was quick and easy
Habits & accountability secrets 10 & 11 : also quick and easy
" " " 13 & 14 when I don't work out live (because of the timezone) : medium difficulty
Inner dialogue secrets 17 & 18 : easy
Balance and happiness : easy
All exercise and movement secrets : easy
All nutrition secrets except 28 : easy

I am still working on/struggling with :
Nutrition secret 28 : I often forget to drink during my work shift

I am not doing yet :
Habit secret 12 : I weight more often than once a week, can't stay away from the scale.
" " " 15 : I often don't manage 7 hours of sleep (broken sleep on the couch, going to bed too late)
" " " 16 and inner dialogue 19 : I procrastinate on working with the list

I don't know how many pounds I would have lost if I was nailing those 5 habits... maybe 1 extra pound this week... the sleep thing can probably help boost the weight loss/body healing.

I have not watched much TV... TV sidetracks me and drains my energy. Maybe 1/2 hour to 1 hour a day the last 2 weeks.
I need a lot of feedback from the group to boost my self-esteem and keep me on track/motivated so I've been a lot on BC & Flylady chat... 3 to 4 hours a day at least. Maybe 6 hours on some days.

My negative voice does not make excuses not to workout anymore, Whiney enjoys the playouts and the feeling of accomplishment + energy boost after a tough workout.

I don't worry about my weight anymore, it's a marathon not a sprint. I try to build healthy and durable habits, and I've been happier and more self-confident the last 2 weeks than I had been for a long time. I smile more, I give more compliments to people I meet and I get surprised but happy reactions back. Feels great.

You know that the 30 secrets is our Roadmap and that building habits is key to being successful in finally lose weight. And keep it off.
We've been doing a great job so far, and we nailed a lot of secrets. And here the results : 3.6lb s(1.5kg) off over the last 2 weeks (makes a total of 8.8lbs/4kgs since January). We're getting close to our healthy BMI range now, and we have been feeling awesome the last 2 weeks. This bootcamp thing is really working for us. The coaches really seem to care and the members of the team are just awesome.
So let's try to make a homerun by mastering those last 5 secrets ! I hear you already saying "not tonight it's late, we will not make it on time to bed", as if you cared going to bed yesterday when you had fun ! Tomorrow we can sleep in late, so let's start right now and work our list (and our bedroutine) out before we do our yoga, we meditate and get a good nightsleep !
Come on, we can do this ! We're athlete now ! We're rockstars !
Let's go and follow the map ! NOW !"

    You are really working it! Good for you!!! Not to divert from the main topics, but I was so intrigued when you mentioned Flylady.net. I had read about it in the paper for the first time today, and here you mentioned it, too! I have often heard that clearing one's clutter and losing weight often go hand in hand. Well, as much as I need to control my portion sizes, I need to gain control over my clutter! So, I signed up for Fly Lady and am looking forward to clearing out old stuff and making room for some new good energy. Thanks for all that you have shared... emoticon emoticon emoticon
