What's up next?

Something that I think about to keep me motivated and excited about life in general is a good challenge. Over the past 4 years Spark has helped me reach some impressive goals.
*Reach goal weight and maintain.
*Reignite a passion for fitness I had lost.
*Excel at classes at the gym I would have run scared from.
*Run several 5Ks and a half marathon.
*Confidence to handle stress, completely change the way I view myself and others, and the drive to never doubt myself.
*The ability to push myself and not settle.
So it is only fitting that I continue with the theme of challenges.
*The SWEAT Games are coming up next month. Cannot wait!
* Personal Training. Yep, I am going for certification through NASM.
*Getting back into running. Warmer temps will be here soon enough and my new sneakers are screaming at me to run, run, run:)
