This is a challenging week, with some challenges not by choice. First, this week started with my birthday on Sunday, so my family took me out to dinner. Second, Monday was the night my husband had Passover dinner, third, Tuesday was the monthly lunch program of the organization that the food is always from Panera pre-boxed. I went in thinking I would have only one of the Salads, but all they had were the 1/2 and 1/2 salad/sandwich combos. Finally, on Wednesday I am having oral surgery, so eating will be a little difficult, and I will be groggy this day. The rest of the week I won't be as groggy, but eating may be hard for a couple of days.
How I am dealing with these challenges. First of all, I am not going to let it stop me. Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, I kept with my exercise plan, Wednesday, I am going to start the day with some yoga stretching and eat a good breakfast. The rest of the week, I plan on exercising at least 10 minutes a day (hopefully more), and eat whatever I can but being sensible about it the best I can do.
I will keep up with the SparkCoach daily. This includes watching it Wednesday morning before I have surgery. I will still weight myself, and whatever it says, I will not let it stop me from keeping with the program. I am very determined to lose the weight I need and keep it off, and live a healthier lifestyle no matter what obstacles come my way.
This is the type of obstacle that would stop me before "forget it I will never do this" type of reasoning. Not this time. I am committed to my goals.
