Session 2 with my personal trainer was even earlier than last time, and this time it was my fitness test. Some things I did surprisingly well on, some things surprisingly poor, and some were just as I expected.
Push ups - 1 full, 10 half (he only counted the halves because I'm such a noob, and 1 is pathetic)
Goblet squats - 11
Pull-ups with TRX - 14 (I actually DO have some upper body strength!)
Barbell lifts - 5. With help. (Or not...)
Down-ups (easy version of burpees) - 10 in 1 minute
Dead lift - 15
Bar hang - 1 minute (seriously surprised by this one!)
Wall sit - 45 seconds
Plank - 46 seconds (Yaaas!)
And one other thing that I can't think of right now because I was doing all that at 6.30 this morning and I'm knackered.
