Race training

Today I started training for a race I am running in May. It felt so good to get back out there. It was an easy 2.5 mile run - which amazes me that I can run an easy anything! Now that we have spring weather instead of winter I am looking forward to doing some outside running. I am SO bored of the treadmill!

Any thoughts on how to spice up my dreadmill routine? I LOVE running but really have a hard time doing more than 3 miles on the treadmill.

    Ha, my own personal advice would be just don't get on the treadmill, but I am a devoted outdoor runner! BUT I'm pretty sure Sparkpeople has some treadmill training plans. You could also try interval running.

What race are you doing? How long is it? I'm so nosy when it comes to other peoples races!
