i started my running again. it has only been about 2 weeks since i ran but i need to be more dedicated to it. i want it be a passion.
i tried starting at wk 6 day 3, which is where i stopped 2 weeks ago. i didnt do too bad, but my speed was slower. it was a 22 min run. i had to walk in the middle of it for a few min.
i guess all in all, that is not too bad. i think i will stay there until i am stronger/
i am concentrating on fueling my body better. this will def help me in my journey.
all i need is some sunshine and warm weather in nothern ohio so i can go outside to run...
