Motivation for this week

I have been struggling over the weekend (it was a 3 day for me)... I have been hungry and not always making the best choices. BUT, I have still lost weight (a smidge, but I'll take every smidge I can get!).

I have a "Bacon fest" party coming up and looking for recipes (plus other recipes friends have been posting on FB that sound SO good) has been killing me. I know it's the fact that I've been thinking and dwelling on food that is doing it more than anything. So, I'm back to work and back to routine. And I will NOT be testing any bacon recipes until this weekend when we're having people over that can eat it (so I don't eat it all!).

But I have found a couple of motivating/inspirational little sayings which I'm posting here - hope they help others to be motivated as much as they are helping me!

    How about some bacon with brussel sprouts. That way you can have your veggies with a small amount of bacon. Flavor Flavor. and I love your first motivation - it got me through my Half Marathons last year. Just try to pass one more person, and we got to the turnaround, it was actually nice to see how many people were still behind me.
