Motivation for this week

I have been struggling over the weekend (it was a 3 day for me)... I have been hungry and not always making the best choices. BUT, I have still lost weight (a smidge, but I'll take every smidge I can get!).
I have a "Bacon fest" party coming up and looking for recipes (plus other recipes friends have been posting on FB that sound SO good) has been killing me. I know it's the fact that I've been thinking and dwelling on food that is doing it more than anything. So, I'm back to work and back to routine. And I will NOT be testing any bacon recipes until this weekend when we're having people over that can eat it (so I don't eat it all!).
But I have found a couple of motivating/inspirational little sayings which I'm posting here - hope they help others to be motivated as much as they are helping me!
