This being my first week, I'm experiencing the "Whoosh!"...you know, when every day the scale goes down a pound or two. I know that usually this doesn't stay gone, or I'll at least resume a healthy weight-loss rate soon, but still...I love the first week! It's so motivating.
But it's also a great reminder: my body doesn't want this weight, it doesn't want to be this heavy. It's like my body is saying, "See? See how this needs to go? This is the right thing to do, You!" Now I just need to remember this when everything stabilizes over the next few days, and I'm down to a 1-2 lb.week loss!
My body is rooting for me.
