Jillian Michaels - Body Revolution

I have hit a plateau in my weight loss so I've made the decision to try an actual program designed to help me shed the last 20 lbs and shape up. The program is Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. Has anyone used it? If so, what kind of results did you see?

It's a 3 month program but the thing I'm worried about so far is that I burn A LOT less calories than I did working out on my own with kettlebells, cardio videos, treadmill etc. and I'm wondering if this okay? I have to say that even burning all those calories on my own I still wasn't dropping any weight but definitely sweating like a pig and driving my heart rate up. I do see other benefits of course such as strength, endurance etc. but not weight loss. I am consistantly tracking all my food and keeping within my calorie range and I seriously limit unhealthy foods. Any suggestions?

    Wow, I want to say good luck! I have see this program, but I know that i'm not ready yet. But do want to hear how your progress is going. I love Jillian and if I could pick a trainer to really lose weight it would be her! I have it my wall to. Today is the first week no lose emoticon (Restart for me Jan. 6 2013) I watch and track everything I eat. so now time to rethink. Again good luck and keep in touch can't wait to hear about the new program emoticon emoticon And don't give up!
