I have hit a plateau in my weight loss so I've made the decision to try an actual program designed to help me shed the last 20 lbs and shape up. The program is Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. Has anyone used it? If so, what kind of results did you see?
It's a 3 month program but the thing I'm worried about so far is that I burn A LOT less calories than I did working out on my own with kettlebells, cardio videos, treadmill etc. and I'm wondering if this okay? I have to say that even burning all those calories on my own I still wasn't dropping any weight but definitely sweating like a pig and driving my heart rate up. I do see other benefits of course such as strength, endurance etc. but not weight loss. I am consistantly tracking all my food and keeping within my calorie range and I seriously limit unhealthy foods. Any suggestions?
