Hi all, Today marks the start of my 5th week of operation fit. Im still feeling good and im still motivated. I have noticed some small changes which is good and its keeping my motivation up but i cant wait until week 8. As the saying says 4 weeks for you to know a difference, 8 weeks for others to notice and 12 weeks for the world to notice. So Im excited and cant wait!! Today I'm running after work and before class, its only gonna be a 5 miler because I dont have enough time to do a 6 miler but my goal is to do a 6 miler and 30ds tomorrow. That means I have to get up at 715 so I can get on the treadmill by 730. I will run from 730 -840 and then get my 30ds in and then i will get ready for work. Yep folks i am not playing around!!! Thursday I have to open so I will run after work and before class again so it will be a 5 miler at most. Now for me to hit my weight training goal for the week I will have to get up early on Friday so I can run another 6.10 miler and do my 30ds. Well that is my plan for the week and I am determined to accomplish it. Well enjoy your tuesday every one and happy sparking!!
