Things to celebrate

So far this month I have given up soda and coffee with today being day #26. It was super easy surprisingly to do. I just drink unsweetened tea if I go out to eat. I also don't feel the need for coffee at all but as a back up if I get the urge the plan is to go for some green tea. The awesome thing about it is if I travel tea packets can come with very easily.
My second thing I have to accomplish is that I finished all of week one of the "Eat Better Feel Fitter Challenge" here on Spark. So I am currently working towards week #2.
In this process I know that I am not a calorie counter in the sense of writing it down. I find it so much easier for me to mentally remember what and how much I have eaten. I realize that there is room for mistakes to happen by forgetting on occasion but I figure that if I run into some issue like I don't lose weight or I gain weight one week than maybe I will take the time to write it down.
So overall I feel that I have a lot to celebrate and I am very excited for it!
