What do i do now,just sprained my ankle this morning while i was jogging.I thought it was minor because i managed to go for about half a mile before i stopped my run but now i am walking but with difficulties . . . it's so painful.
Can't bear to stop doing my work outs,can somebody suggest what i do to make the pains lessen,I really don't want to do anything to aggravate my pains.
