Meals Lately in Photos

Today I finally had the time to take the photos off from my cell phone. I take way too many photos and then forget to put them on my laptop to put online. Ooops! But I thought I would still post everything that I have taken lately for food inspiration to you all. Not that everything has been 100% healthy but it is inspiration and you can take it for whatever you want...

Lunch Vegetable soup

Homemade Kimchi - vegan

South Korean Bean Soup Dinner- all vegan

Vegan Speculoos Donuts (not the healthiest but better than store brands)

Vegan granola bar

Smoothie infused and Green Kale Oatmeal Breakfast (see my website for recipes)

Tempeh Kale Salad

Homemade Carrot Juice with veggies

Organic mixed greens with Japanese taco rice on top (see my website for recipe)

Leftover Taco Rice Salad for lunch

Egyptian Eggplant/Tomato Dish (again, on my site), sweet potato with speculoos and kale salad

Green smoothie (basically kale, supergreens, banana, and etc.)

Sunflower Vegetarian Tofu Burger (not great- but at least an option while out shopping)

South Korean Black Bean Noodles (on my site)

Vegan Mac N cheese made from Cashews

South Korean "fried rice" with sauce

Tortilla with "fried" veggies and lentil sprouts

Apple Pie Pancakes (healthy version from Chocolate covered Katie - this was DH bkfst)

Sauteed Apple Oatmeal - make like normal and then spray pan and heat up. Yum!

BBQ jackfruit, seaweed miso soup, and Japanese premium rice

Breakfast Bran Muffins

Homemade Japanese sesame seed bread
