Hooray! I love Easter because it is a time to really reflect on how ones' life is moving along each year. It's like a Christian New Years. This last 40 days of Lent I have been really thinking about where my weight loss has been going and how I want to correct it. Since we have moved to VA I have gained about 5-6 pounds which took about a year to remove last time. I do not lose weight as easily as others do so even a pound gain is a big worry to me. Thankfully I have kept rather fit throughout the last 6 months of living here but there has been a downfall in the last 1.5 months seeing as we could not get outside to run as it was really cold and it snowed 3x. We do not have a gym membership anymore so outside workouts and those indoors are the only options. I'm one of those people that really doesn't care to workout indoors if possible though so... it's just my fault I haven't been working out daily. Weight gain is all about what we do to our bodies, hence, I am going to try to be better at what is going on with it.
Easter Week Goals:
Eat at least two raw vegan meals this week.
At least 2 smoothies and 1 juice.
Reduce snacking at night after dinner.
Exercise every day until Easter. (This can be just walking but has to be 30 minutes or more)
Run at least 4x this week.
Situps daily (at least 50 a day)
1 plank a day
At the end of the day try to list of at least 3 things that were positive in the day.
Be thankful for the sunshine and the clouds.
