Yesterday was a GET IT BACK TOGETHER day for me. I work from home, so I am fortunate to have my treadmill within easy reach. I hopped on over my lunch hour- then again at the end of my day (laptop right next to me) and then again after dinner. I don't aim for that much every day and it certainly won't be a daily goal, but it felt good to push myself yesterday. Need to keep myself in check and use these opportunities to workout whenever I can squeeze it in. Today, the first thing I did was get dressed into my workout clothes again, so as the opportunities arise, I can hit the treadmill , workout DVD, weights, or whatever.
