Hope you all had a great weekend. I know mine was great. Saturday after I got out of work. DH took me shopping for a gym workout outfit. I just wanted to get something to tide me over til I lose weight and get back into my old workout clothes.
SoI bought SUPER CUTE light blue (almost neon color) Everlast Pants at Sears and I got a Neon Yellow/Green top at JC Penny. The outfit is really loud and cute (and its really not something I would ever wear but I wanted something different). I wished I would have taken a picture while I was at the gym on Saturday............
Yes you read that right. I went to the gym on Saturday evening. No one else was there. I got on the treadmill and jogged off and on. I ran for 2 mins straight!!! I was about to die afterwards but Im still alive. I stayed on the treadmill for about 30 mins @ a 6% incline @ 2.5 speed for 8 mins,,2.9 for 14 mins 3.0 speed for 5 minsTotal Distance 1.01. Not bad in my book. 6 Days total at the gym!!!!
Sunday DH and I had errands to run and we decided to take the day off. NOT knowing I would call off work yesterday because of the snow. So no gym two days in a row. Guess it is ok. I still tracked ALL my calories and have been happy that I havent overate at all.
I already have my A.M workout done today. Did 15 mins on Treadmill at 6% incline @ 2.5 for 5 mins then 2.8 for 10 mins. Total Distance 0.65. Probably will go down again later on.
Im trying to decide if I want to get up early (5:30am) and come here and workout for 30 mins to an hour before work................not sure I can do it...I LOVE my sleep. So Ive been thinking about doing it a couple times a week (when not working 2nd job). Decisions Decisions.......
