Workout After Work

After work, I went to the gym and had a short workout with the bycycles, two different types. Made me feel very good. I will do the same tomorrow.

    I create appointments in my calendar for my workouts. I also have shopping appointments and time set aside to cook. It works for me.

Thanks for stopping by my blog. It sure does keep you motived when your thinking about a workout daily....not straying far from our Sparkpeople site.
I know it keeps me going.
Tomorrow I think I will am for another 1.2 miles nonstop running and then completing my 5K with a walk 1 minute/run 4 minutes....same as yesterday. I think doing that for two days will help the muscles before increasing to 1.4 miles
