Sleep Really Does Make a Difference

My Fitbit recorded that I had 99% sleep efficiency last night, and boy can I tell the difference! I had been going to bed too late at night, my fitbit recording that I would wake up between 20 - 30 times a night! Since I've been more regular about exercise, taking my vitamins, and going to bed a little earlier, I feel on top of the world.
Everything is connected.
My Sparkcoach session challenged me to write about motivational techniques. I'm still working those out. I've tried some different things here and there, but have not found any that really stick. So, still working on that. Will blog about successes as they come.
