Finally lost 1 lb. that's all I needed to help keep me motivated. It's been a long winter, but on our way now. I think the zip fitbit has also motivated me. Yesterday I took my 15 minute break at work and walked thru the halls of the hospital to get added exercise. Every little bit helps and I'd rather a few smaller times spent on exercise than 1 long time. Anyway, spring is around the corner and I am ready to move and take action.
