Crackers and leftover dabs o' Lebanese leftovers (hummus, baba ganouj), apricot jam, Comte cheese

After eating all day I didn't want a heavy dinner.
I prepped a bag of little green beans, par-boiled them in batches (dunking them in an icy water bath to stop the cooking process after boiling them for 1 minute) and made a dressing with evoo, champagne vinegar, shallots, brown mustard seeds, lots of dill, salt and pepper.
I also par boiled a couple of cut -up broccoli crowns while I had the water going to use for other purposes.
Arugala topped with sliced beets, green bean salad, Gorgonzola crumble, walnuts. Cottage cheese w/ dill and black pepper.
Unpictured: Chocolate - Ritter Sport dark chocolate w/marzipan. Did not mean to eat as much of this as I did....
