No sugar pop since fri am. That is pretty darn good. Yep. I used to drink a TON of pop. I'd go through a 32 ounce cup like nothing! especially since I've been at work these last 4 nights, when it's so easy to just grab and go. But it is nice, because I like the taste of the water at work better than at home for some reason.

Today I'm going to keep it low key because I've worked 48 hours in 4 days. Maybe take the kids out on a walk in the evening. do some cleaning/housework.
Avoid sweet pop!

this may sound gross, but I like mixing half soda water, half smoothie together. it's great!

    Way to go avoiding the pop! (which I call soda emoticon ) It's always so tough to let go of a bad habit, especially a tasty one! You should be proud!
