2-Week Goal

I'm setting a new, short-term goal for myself.

For the next 2 weeks, I will exercise 30 minutes every day.

Some days, it will be longer - all the classes I want to take are at least 55 minutes. Longer is better, of course. But on the days I don't want to move, I still have to get up and do something for 30 minutes. Dancing, cycling, a trip to the zoo, strength training, a dvd, whatever - changing it up is a good thing! But 30 minutes is non-negotiable.

My reward for reaching this goal will be two days off.

3/25 - 4/7.

Intro Check-In:

I'm still sore from my first barre class, even though it was four days ago.
My lower back hurts.
I'm having digestion issues (this may be a virus, or it may be hormonal).
If I stay indoors, my allergies don't bother me.
I do get a headache behind my left ear almost every day, though.
I can't seem to maintain a good energy level.
My ankles are weak and hurt off and on.
My left hip joint is still loose and doesn't sit right when I stand up.
My right sacro-iliac joint is still really tight and achy.
My mood is generally stable (thanks to the shift out of winter).
I feel like my midsection and face are horribly fat, as are my fingers.
I am okay with my legs.
