Long Time no post!!

Sooo my life has changed a bit, and I think for the good. I have *slowly* been losing weight after my wonderful 2.5 yr plateu at beeween 296.8 and 291 bouncing up and down so often I couldnt tell you what my weight would be when i got onto the scales.

Now I wholy believe in water causing a variable... but if i weigh near the same at night as I did on the morning a couple days in a row, I accept the new weight.

So I am down 11 lbs to 285 since the reboot of SP. This is down like 71 lbs since my starting weight originally!!

How am I doing it!?! Well i am consistantly tracking my food.. usg "E.L.F." (eat less food) but actually I am eating more food on a daily basis, but a more consistant amount of calories. i used to eat 600 calories one day and the 2500 to 4,000 calories another. Not anymore!! 1800 calories every day!! I have eaten Easter Candy, but I include the small piece in my count for the day... AND YeS!! I am stopping at on piece!!

I have finally started making progress!! I hope to keep challenging myself. Hope you all are doing well too!
