I have reverted to a kid, watched the movies; Jack the Giant Slayer, Oz the Great and Powerful, Escape From Planet Earth, and I plan to watch The Croods
they were all good but I liked Escape From Planet Earth the best, the aliens of area 51 were pretty funny
I also saw the thriller, The Call, with Halle Berry it was great keeps you on the edge of your seat rooting for the kidnapped girl

Sounds like you are a real movie goer! I wait until they are on television . It is much cheaper! It costs a arm and leg to go to our movies around here.

During my Christmas vacation we visited son and family, needless to say I watched at least 2 kid movies a day with granddaughter who is 8. It was great because I never would have watched them on my own. Glad you had fun.

I have not seen a movie in a theater for about 30 years. Once in a while I watch one on television or a DVD but most are too violent for me. My favorite is Pride and Prejudice with Keira Knightly.

I haven't seen any of those yet, I did see Great
Expectations last week and really enjoyed that.
I loved 'The Life of Pi' and 'Quartet'. I am making a
point of going to the movies once a week. Love
    movies too! emoticon
