9 days but 7 days of my befit workouts, and 2 rest days. i will be traveling all day sat so that will be 11 rest day but i am thinking that i will do strong the other days so i can finish soon. i like the befit in 90 workouts but the level 3 stuff is not very fun and u start to feel warn out but the end. in the future i may just split is by only doing 3o days at a time and not do the segments that i do not like or do not challenge me.
My april challenge - Do all the spark exercise videos. I own cardo blast and found out my library had 2 other ones! iu am looking for ward to it.
